NEIFC Winter Soccer Program (November-March)

Our Winter Soccer Program offers a great opportunity for players to continue their development during the off-season, with sessions designed to keep them engaged and active throughout the colder months. This program includes:

• Indoor Training: Sessions take place in indoor facilities to ensure a safe, weather-proof environment. Players will work on skill development and fitness in a controlled space.
• Skill Enhancement: Focus on improving ball control, agility, and tactical understanding with drills and exercises tailored for winter training.
• Fitness and Conditioning: Stay fit during the winter months with activities designed to maintain and enhance player fitness levels.
• Flexible Schedule: Practices are scheduled to accommodate holiday breaks and school activities, ensuring a balanced approach to training and family time.
• All Ages (5-16): Open to all players within our usual age groups. Training sessions are age-appropriate and skill-focused.
• Small-Sided Games: Indoor small-sided matches to encourage quick decision-making and enhance overall gameplay skills.
• Preparation for Spring Season: Players will be well-prepared and ready to hit the ground running when the spring soccer season begins.
