NEIFC Pre-Academy Soccer Program (Ages 4-5)
Our Pre-Academy Soccer Program is designed specifically for young children to introduce them to the fundamentals of soccer in a fun and engaging environment. This program focuses on:
• Introduction to Soccer Basics: Fun games and activities help kids learn the basics of dribbling, passing, and kicking.
• Age-Appropriate Coaching: Sessions are led by coaches who specialize in working with young children, focusing on teaching through play.
• Motor Skills Development: Activities help enhance balance, coordination, and overall motor skills that are crucial at this developmental stage.
• Teamwork and Social Skills: Kids learn how to interact with teammates, follow simple instructions, and enjoy the game in a supportive setting.

What should I bring?
Players should have
- Appropriate soccer gear (cleats, shorts, soccer shirt, shinguards, socks)
- 2 bottles of water
- Size 3 Soccer Ball
What type of footwear should I bring?
Participants must wear flat indoor soccer shoes (no cleats). Since we train on a gym floor, proper indoor footwear is required for safety and performance.
Do I need to bring my own futsal ball?
Yes. Please bring a size 4 futsal ball for every session.
What surface are we training on?
All sessions take place on a gym floor, so flat indoor shoes are required.
What else should I bring?
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Shin guards are strongly recommended.
